Every Wednesday, we come together as women in a powerful, holistic theatre and self-care workshop where creativity meets personal transformation.

This is a space of expression, courage, women's solidarity in life's challenges and meaningful connection. We unlock together the secrets of theatrical art, immerse ourselves in self-care energetics through applied theatre practices and games while we challenge ourselves to step fully into our voices.

Together, we devise and stage an original performance built from texts we write or intentionally choose — work that speaks to what moves us, ignites us, and what from our internal worlds demands to be heard.

Right now, the women in our group are in full creative momentum, shaping a vibrant new co-creation to be presented in mid-June 2026.
